    • In-Office Lozenge: Prorated hourly fee; usually 2-3 hours for treatment at $200 per hour PLUS 30-minute intention setting, and 30-minute integration session ($100 each), exclusive of contracted medical fees

    • In-Clinic IV: $800 includes travel time, one hour intention settting session, 1.5 hour IV session, and 1 hour integration session; exclusive of contracted medical fees
